Chocolate Covered CricketsSaturday we went to the Macon Museum of Arts and Sciences. As soon as we came in we saw a macaw named Georgia, and she said hi and she said bird day. Then we went to the insect petting zoo. I picked up a Bess beetle and a tarantula. My brother Tony picked up a Madagascar hissing cockroach and a tarantula too. After that we went to go eat some bugs such as: fried Mexican caterpillars, chocolate covered crickets, chocolate chirp cookies, chex mix with crickets and cricket and millworm lollipops. We went to another bug stand and we saw a giant millipede, a baby praying mantis and a locus.Then we went to the mini zoo where we saw monkeys, crocodiles, snakes and lizards. then we went to go see a planetarium show, and I learned that our galaxy can move 210,000 miles per our. later we went to go see the giant mechanical insects. next we went down stairs and dug for fossil molds, then me and my dad played checkers it was really fun. Then we went home and had a cook out.
